Convertible top transmission removal

Hi guys! Let me try again,
I recently bought a 2005 Boxster, and had to replace the ball sockets on the pushrods ( Top wasnt goind down all the way, the clamshell did not sit flush on the right side, and was making a lot of noise going up or down) Only the right side broke, but I replaced both. Now the clamshell still not flush, and still making a lot of noise on the right transmission; the gear is probably broken. Trying to remove the transmission , following the instructions found on this forum, but the 19mm bolt doesnt come out, the boomerang keeps spinning with the bolt. I can hear/fell the gears inside moving . Did I miss any step? Thanks!
