noise when just barely turning wheel
 

I have replace front suspension parts (trailing arms, control arms) but now just as I start to roll off and turn the wheel I get a single pop sound. Sometimes when I go over speed bumps as well. sounds like front left only. no noise on road bumps or rough road. the only thing I have not replaced in front is the drop links. Could this be causing the noise?
