Spring isolator question.
So recently I've been having a pretty bad suspension issue. I drove over some bad roads and what used to be a small shake at 70+ mph has turned into a steering shudder when I hit bumps in the road. Mostly things like manholes etc. I went through the suspension with a pry bar looking for some answers but everything seemed tight and in spec, even less so anything that would be causing a shudder. The only thing I found that was broke. Was a spring isolator (rubber bushing between the spring and tophat) that was torn and half hanging out. That's my likely culprit I presume. It would it really cause that much of an issue? 2001 986 manual 2.7 130k miles.

Check the wheels & tires, may have lost a balance weight.

already had wheels checked a few months ago so i'm doubtful of that. i can already see the isolator hanging halfway out of the top of the strut broken in half. im just wondering if i need to look for another possible problem
