986 Forum membership
Hi There and Happy New Year. I bought a 1999 Boxster back in September and I tried to register for the 986 Forumat the time but it says my membership still hasn't been approved. I'm currently doing an engine out service and would love to be able to post and ask questions, is there anything I can do to get approved?
Thanks. |

Looks to me like you can ask questions. There may be a minimum postings requirement to post pictures.

Hi,
I'll add that I can't register over at 986Forum either. Can't find any links to mods. I wrote to the Webmaster, a couple of weeks ago - never heard back. Is Pelican deprecating that forum in favor of this one? -bjk |

Follow-up...
I contacted Pelican Customer Service and they put me in touch with the Mod. Got approval right away. Right after that happened for me, a few folks on Rennlist that were waiting were approved as well. Must have been a backlog not attended to. Check for an approval email. If not, contact their Customer Service. Hope this helps! -bjk |

Remember these forums are a labor of love and not a full time job. Also remember how much you pay for the service. You aren't entitled to real time service.
