Have you removed the water pump already and verified the water pump blades broke off in the engine?

If not our 986 water pump removal tech article might help. Usually its a bearing that fails not the propeller falling apart. If you believe there is loose plastic my suggestion would be first trying to vacuum as much from the water pump housing area then removing the radiator and flushing the system

YES .3 fins broke. found 2 bits in thermostatic.How do you flush the rest of engine like heads.

You need to reverse flow back flush the system, which will require jury rigging some fittings to work.
