Boxter Top

Hi folks,
looking for some help in diagnosing issue with my 1999 boxters top.
Had new top installed about six months ago and opened it a few times an d now it has stopped.
I am an electrician and think it electrical rather than mechanical. Would like some help with identifying the various points on the back of the relay and values they ought have when in their normal states .
Eg: 22 is neg and 23 pos = 12 volt , 22 to 26 when ignition is on = 12volt.

Thanks and Happy New Year from Australia.

Jugwhahn.
