throttle response

Hello all, 06 Cayman S manual with 60k. There is a little bit of an uneven throttle response when lifting foot at highway speed. It feels like the engine looses power for a second and then regains power. Sometimes it happens when applying more throttle, too. Also a similar problem at lower RPM during warmup. No DTC's are showing. I removed the MAF and cleaned it, and tried to spray some MAF cleaner into the throttle body with the key on and moving throttle plate by moving pedal. This seemed to help but it didn't fully cure the problem. Do I need to take apart the intake tubing and do a more thorough job or is there something else going on?

Can you explain this a bit more clearly? I, for one, don’t understand what you’re trying to describe.

Hello all, 06 Cayman S manual with 60k. There is a little bit of an uneven throttle response or hesitation when lifting up on throttle or when applying throttle at highway speed.
