Replace catalytic converter for 2001 Boxster S
I have a very noisy catalytic converter that needs to be replaced. I am trying to locate a used one to avoid the very high cost of a new unit. Does anyone have or know of a used catalytic converter?

Do you realize that because of cat thefts, it is illegal to sell or install used units in many areas?

Just checked California and it is illegal to buy or sell used cat converters. So ignore my post.
