2000 Boxster Grumbling Sound Inside Cabin
Good day, I have a 2000 Boxster, 2.7L, 165,000 miles base that recently started having grumbling sounds inside the driving cab.
Yesterday my wife took it to the grocery store and the power steering went out, the battery light came on the a/c wasn't cooling, ABS & TC lights came on. Parked it and haven't opened her up, but from the symptoms, sounds like a serpentine belt/roller/pulley issue.?.?.? On a side note the digital speedometer, digital oil level, and battery wat indicator does not work on the car - any suggestions on where to look for solutions? thank you. |

Good day, just wanted to provide an update on my thread. Looks like the alternator bracket, or that part, cover, that holds the left side of the alternator cracked and I found my serpentine belt shredded due to the failure.

Llikely all electrical related to the failed belt.
