Fuel Injector Faults after changing all 6 ignition coils

I ran my Boxter after we replaced all 6 ignition coils (reader said we had a bad coil on #5 so we did all 6). It ran super smooth, so we cleared the fault and parked it. Went back out after 30 minutes to take it out for a good run & starter turned but would not start. Did another QuickScan and now all 6 fuel injectors are faulting. Just wondering if something else could be causing this rather than it being all 6 injectors. We've had prior spark plug and coil faults & decided we bought cheap coils, so we started by replacing those. We've suspected a fuel flow issue previously, as the plugs seem wet with fuel when he checks them.
Codes were P1225 thru 1230. Any ideas? ***update*** C2 Fuse is popping

more info on the 1998 Boxter

Investigated further & found the C2 fuse popped & the diagram says for the 1998 model C2 is "Relay Ignition/O2 Sensor" (years 1999-2004 diagram shows C2 is for ignition injection/heater O2 sensor). We checked the relay for the ignition, it seems to be functioning (put a new one in and that didn't help + current one clicks when attempting to start, so it seems operational)
Changed the fuse and it keeps popping as soon as we turn the key to the ON position - Grounding issue somewhere?? Would it HAVE to be in the ignition system or O2 sensor system to cause this specific fuse to pop or could it be a ground issue ANYWHERE and when the ignition is engaged it pops? We are not sure how electrical issues affect each other.

IIRC, at least on my 03, the wiring for one of the passenger side O2 sensors is in the way, and needs to be relocated, when doing a coil replacement. Perhaps it was damaged when moving it? Might be worth a look.

Those codes, 1225 for cylinder 1, 1230 for cylinder 6, indicate those two injectors are shorted to ground. You have a wiring issue...............

Thanks for the reply tcora. We accessed the coils from the wheel well and I don't think the O2 sensors for the Boxter are in the way there - but maybe the wiring harness is - we will look for a diagram. The O2 sensor is one of the accessories on this fuse...
Just wondering - what would cause the C2 Fuse to pop as soon as we turn the key to the ON position. That is our issue so I'd like to focus on what could cause this fuese to pop, ie does it have to by a system on that fuse or could it be any wire or ground on the car. Could the ignition switch going bad cause that? I have not had any problems with the ignition (that I know of), but I've read that these fail quite often.

reply to JFP

JFP in PA Thank you for the reply - Agree there is a potential wiring issue, but the car just ran 30 minutes before with no issue so I am just trying to narrow down where to look for the wiring issue - Lots of wires on the car Also, I am getting all 6 injectors faulting 1225, 1226, 1227, 1228, 1229, 1230 (not just the two) and the C2 fuse is popping. It's just so odd - we changed the coils, the car started right up, we only ran it for about 5 minutes in the garage, cleared the coil code. Then, went back out about 30 minutes later and it won't start, and the fuse is pops immediately after turning the ignition ON, prior to cranking.
