Multiple error messages.

After my brake flush and wheel debacle, I now have multiple error messages: start stop operation deactivated, ABS loss, parking brake fault, trans fault and have no reverse. The battery is only two years old and fully charged. The car starts and runs as normal. I live two hundred miles from a Porsche shop. Is there any way I can reset this myself?

Should have mentioned it’s a 2014 981 S.

Sounds like I need a durametric scanner. Anybody have experience with this tool?

Many shops have scan tools that support Porsche. Although Durametric is highly recommended there are others.

Turns out it was a front wheel speed sensor. Can’t believe it would affect so many systems.

Interesting... how did you narrow it down to that? Or were you able to use the durametric or equivalent to get a particular fault code etc?

Sorry to be tardy with my response. I had a local euro car specialist use his scanner and he located the wheel speed sensor in the abs area. I understand that the Duramatic scanner is an excellent tool but I need to use it more often to understand how to use it.

Duramatic scanners are difficult to understand but with time you'll get familiar.
