the mass air flow sensor,win you replace it .do you half to start the car and let it run to reset the computer,or not. also oxygen sensor bank 1,witch side of car,and witch is bank 2 on? looking at rear of car ?

Bank 1 is on the passenger side of a US car, drivers side on a UK car.

The car runs on presets for a while at start until the cats warm up and then switches to MAF/O2/ECU control. Once that happens the air fuel ratio can be adjusted from the results of the sensors.
