porsche 911 40 years
OK, so today was the 40 year mark for the 911. I received the invite from Porsche and the local dealer to attened a gathering at the dealer. What a waste of time. I collect posters and a special 40 year poster was going to be handed out along with all the other excitement. OK,I admit I went for the poster. The dealership had no posters and the showroom was dead. I know this sounds petty but other non Porsche dealers have more promotions every weekend than Porsche did on it's 40th.
I wondered if anyone else attended the 40th and what did your dealers do. Just wondering. |

I was busy watching Porsches race at Petit Le Mans, so it mattered little what my dealer might have had lined up!
