Seal grey metallic with black wheels?? Any pics?

Hi,
Does any one have pics of a seal grey metallic with black wheels? I am considering painting or powder coating my wheels black and wanted to see a pic if anyone has one. Thanks,
Mike

Don't have any pics, but personal opinion (you HAD to know you'd get a few of those, right? ) is the Seal Grey is too dark to go with black wheels. ...at least on a modern Porsche.

Hi Doug,

Yes, I anticipated getting some opinions. Hope to hear a few more too. One of the guys from Porsche Pete's Boxster Board did something like photoshop using real pics of my car and turning the wheels black for an example. What do y'all think?? Thumbs up or thumbs down. I'm leaning thumbs up myself but don't know for sure if it would get "old" to me and if I'd regret it.

Like you, I would consider it also b/c it's different and makes the car look racier. But I think it will get 'old' too soon. Also, I think it detracts from the seal grey - one of the best Porsche colors. Me, I'd save up for TechArt Formulas!

Not my car, but nice...

That Photoshop job isn't too terribly accurate, FYI. Those wheels actually look more like the body color, maybe just a little darker. They look nice, you can still see some of the definition of the wheel design.

A truly black wheel will pretty much disappear on the car.

More like this...
