Boxster Production Numbers?

Is there a list anywhere that shows the number of Boxsters and S models produced each year? Also are there any rare colors or combinations of exterior and interior colors that may or may not be more desirable? I test drove one today that had a metropol blue interior. Not my favorite color but doesn't seem too common.

I thought the 200,000th Boxster was built last month. They aren't rare.
