The Audi solution. Selling because I did console delete and had to put my HVAC back up top.

Works perfectly. Looks good enough for a really clean interior (it's near but not perfect).

Comes with mounting hardware, trim surround, and mounting hardware and trim piece to move the climate control/HVAC to lower center console in front of the shifter.

Oh, I should probably note that this goes in the DIN spot above the radio and below the central air vents (so your drink stays hot/cold as appropriate), which is why you need to move the HVAC controller to the lower center console stack, deleting one cubby in the process.
