Carpeted sides (black) and mounting bracket with screws included.

Oh, and it's a 1997-99 piece, which has a different grain pattern and finish than the later cars...

Hi Pete,

Mind if I ask what you are puttting in it's place? Or are you going with the GT3 console delete look. BTW, those bins are $25 a piece, alone.
