Check Engine light

Code is for connection + or - to varible cam sensor. Any idea what this actually means? Continue driving until next service? Had the light cleared and it came back in a day.

Sounds like it could be a faulty connection to the cam sensor. Not sure how serious it is, but it could just be a loose wire... or maybe a faulty sensor.
