Clutch Petal Stuck after Bleeding

I pressure bled the clutch system with the petal totally depressed to the floor. After disconnecting the pressure bleeder and removing the piece of wood holding the petal down - the petal is stuck at the floor !!
I pulled on it slightly and it's stuck against the floor.
Any helpful suggestions as to what to do ?
JA

I had the same condition one time. I had some trapped air in the clutch slave.

I re-bled the slave and petal was still stuck to the floor. Went ahead and slowly pulled it out and it seems to work fine. Not quite sure why it wanted to be stuck to the floor like that ....???
