Intake and Exhaust upgrades?

has anyone had any luck with enhanced power through intakes and exhaust?
I have a Dansk exhaust, and I am wondering if I would benefit from an EVO or the V?

Thanks all,
Shawn

My car (a 2002 S) benefits from an Evo Hi-Flow intake, secondary cat bypass pipes and a custom sport exhaust. Though I don't have any dyno numbers, the car revs much more freely and throttle response is improved over stock. It's just my seat of pants, but the mid range feels stronger than it did when stock.

Perhaps some experts will chime in?
