How do you flush coolant system

I need to replace the coolant in my 2000 Boxster. I wanted to do a complete flush while I'm at it. I cannot find a step by step guide to do this and I need some help. I want to make sure that I get all of the existing fluid out first.

Thanks
Rick

Refer to the wrecked Cayman S post...that will certainly get rid of all the coolant.

Just kidding...I'd like to see the the procedure as well even though this stuff is supposed to be "lifetime".
