I have the RH widow regulator, $60 plus shipping. You will get the whole things, regulator, tracks..... everything but the window.

is all the tracks in good shape? any cracks or defective wire? I just bought one and installed but it turned out to be defective. and is the price firm?

You can't tell if these are good or bad just by looking at them, I would only spend my time on a new one (Porsche Boxster 97-04 - Panels & Doors - Page 1).
