Drive belt pulleys

I installed a new drive belt today and to my utter dismay discovered that the bottom pulley on the left hand side has some considerable play. I am pretty sure the bearing is shot and I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how hard this will be to replace?. Of course it had to be the one that seems to be in the worse spot. Also does someone know what this pulley runs?

Bottom left pulley is the water pump, not a cheap part not hard to change access from access panel and under car.

the water pump costs around $ 300 dollars 500 if you let someone else change it.

Do it ASAP! Once the bushing starts failing the impeller blades dig into the block and eventually break off....going to impossible places and getting lodged only to cause localized hotspots and cracking later.
