Coolant help!
Just did a coolant drain and replace water pump and thermostat.
I got about 5 gallons of coolant out but it is a yellow color. It looks clean but I noticed Porsche OEM is pink. I am worried about mixing these 2 since you never get 100% of all the old coolant out. Should I be worried? Thanks

If you're very concerned, you can simply do this. Empty out the car of all coolant, and then refill with distilled water. Run the car for a short drive with the heater on, and then empty the coolant out again. Repeat if needed. Then, refill with the Porsche OEM pink stuff. That would be the gold-plated treatment.
In reality, the pink and yellow stuff are supposedly compatible, as per Porsche. -Wayne
