20" OZ Ultraleggera
Will 20" OZ Ultraleggera offset 50 With 235/30-20 and 305/25-20 from à 996/997 turbo fit à 2005 Boxster S 987?

I don't think so - the offsets are different for the Boxster, and I think the 20s might give you some issues with clearance, unless you run super-low profile tires. Either way, the ride will be pretty harsh and the chances of dinging the rims on a pothole will be high.

there were 20" rims on my boxster win I bought it do not put them on yours it will ride like sh!!!! I took them off and put 17" on mine

All jokes aside, the 20" wheels will be terrible for the handling of your car. I took 19s off of my 996 when I got it - they were terrible. The max I recommend is 18s.
