'Square' Tow Hook Plug?

At the last track event, I must have lost my 'square' plug that covers the Tow Hook on the front bumper. I took it off to put the Tow Hook in, and now can't find it, so it is probably somewhere at VIR.

Anyway, I was going to order a replacement, and have seen the 'round' cap here, but can't seem to find this more 'square' version. Mine had a little plastic 'connection' that would slide in and keep the plug from falling off the pumper in case it came 'unclipped'. Do others have this plug, or does anybody know where I might find one? Mine is a 2003 Boxster S.
