My 2001 Boxster S

I am back in a Porsche.

Picked up a 2001 S with 147,500 kms.

No dents, a few tiny stone chips....seal grey with 18 inch twistys.

She pulls hard...what a blast. I grin ear to ear...the sound when accelerating is sweet.

Gratz! I am looking to get back into Porsche as well. Sold my 73 911 years ago and really miss the experience. Both driving and the Porsche crowd.

I missed my 944S...so I wanted to upgrade.

What a blast to drive...my first convertible. I figured, a summer car, so why not go topless? lol

love the grey.I have been seriously pining for a Porsche since my 78 Sc went far away.
read everything I could on Boxster vs 996 and Cayman. Since I love the drop top , I focused on a boxster S, took me a few months to get onto one I thought was it, now
i'm again a P car car owner and couldn't be happier. A200 with 67 k on it, tiptronic, for me , is all i can drive but I'm enjoying it. what great car and 21 years old....
After all its a real Porsche.

from a 27 year love affair to a new deal.

73 VW Thing- a lot of fun 4 sure..
73 914 2.0 found in a bunch of cardboard boxes, and brought back from the dead.

I went from a 944S2 to a 987.2 S. I too, missed my Porsche & the smiles it brings me on the track at DE events.

Going to NJMP - Lightning this weekend, as a matter of fact, so see how the Cayman does... I suspect that I won't be disappointed...

Welcome back to the Porsche world!
