If your close bring it over and I will test it. But depending on the area and miles it may be spring cleaning time. Time to pull the front bumper and and clean the mulch out and straighten fins. Could be a lot of things. If your close bring it over and I would be glad to turn the fan on remotely for a test.

Out of curiosity, what is the process for turning on the fans remotely? Only one of my fans seems to be coming on and I was planning on replacing it, but if I can test the fan operation first that sounds like a better plan.

You will need a program on a laptop to do it through the OBD2 port. Well there are other ways, but the easy way. May be a relay or fuse.

Ah, got it. The relay is an interesting thought. The fuse looks good but I will definitely see if I can check the relay before digging into the fan itself. I'll post back here when I get around to it.

The Durametric unit will allow you to turn the fans on manually for testing. You can test both the high and low speeds separately. There's a bunch of stuff you can cycle for testing with the Durametric. I've used it for the charcoal cannister valves and the evap solenoid as well as the fans.

Yep, thats the program I use. You will need a virtual microsoft emulator to run on A Mac unless they have changed that.
