Help - LOUD noise from transmission after clutch slave replacement

Hello all,

I just finished changing the clutch slave on a 2004 Boxster and after completing the bleed procedure using a powerbleeder and testing the clutch pedal there is a very loud squeaking noise coming from the transmission. If I place my hand on the housing of the transmission when the clutch pedal is depressed there is a vibration to go with the sound. Have I installed the slave incorrectly? Perhaps the tip of the slave plunger isn't centered? Or is it possible that there is a clutch problem as well? Let me know what you think.
