Boxster breaks problem

Have just changed the main cylinder on my Boxster 97. The pressure though still disappears when the car is shut of.
Starting up you can build up a good pressure with a couple of pumps, but then the breaks are slightly on on all wheels. You can drive though and have good breaks but there is heat buildup.
Anyone recognize the problem? There is no air left in the system and no leaks anywhere.

What is the part number on the replacement cylinder? And when you say there is no brakes, do you mean the pedal goes all the way to the floor, or the pedal is very hard and the car does not stop?
