Cool Which Durametric ?

This is a really new area for me. We are talking diagnostic equipment. I have done a bit of research and it seems I should go for the Durametric. Never thought I would ever get into this side of car maintenance, forced into it, same as when I bought a computer and mobile phone (cell phone I mean), I only joined the 21st century 3 years ago.
Back to the subject, not sure whether to go for the enthusiast version or the professional version. I would appreciate some pointers.
Just thought I would mention that I am giving my Box some serious revs now on a regular basis 6000 and 7000, boy does it like it, the car is transformed more responsive and just seems to be telling me to give it some more.
A guy who took my little Fiat cinquecento 899cc for MOT and brought it back, said to me "why is this car so free revving and lively with 105,000 on the clock" I said because I give it a good thrashing every day (high revs) and keep it well serviced. He was amazed. I have treated all my cars the same. If I had the space you guys have over there my Box would fly.

Unless you are going to work on a lot of different cars, get the Enthusiast version (limited to three car VIN's).

Yes. Where about are you in the UK? At different times I have lived in Runcorn, Leeds, the Isle of Man, and the Bournemouth area.

We are in Ormskirk, Runcorn is about 20 miles south of us, you may know it if you were there a while.

Of course, you are a bit up the A59 north of Liverpool, not too far from Southport.

Small world…………

"Sandgrounders " I assume is because of the sandy topography around Southport?

It is my understanding that the Professional version may also offer additional 'coding' options (now or in the future). This is why I went with the professional version, which I have yet to even hook up. Been way to busy
