air in cooling system/sensor R&R
 

'07 Cayman 2.7 w/ 44k. I changed out the Coolant Temperature Sensor in my 2.7. I did the job with cold engine. About 2-3 ounces of coolant escaped and when I got finished, the coolant level had increased. I suspect a bubble and wish I had loosened the cap(s) so that air would not have been drawn in the sensor hole. Can anyone tell me if this area of the engine could harbor that air or will it work out? Can I remove a line or something up high to burp the beast? Thanks, C.
