Just noticed white smoke coming out after starting early morning. Does not smell like burnt oil. Just white smoke. Should I be concerned? Is this normal. I do make oil changes frequently, no alarms or warning light, and I don't notice any difference while driving. No smoke while starting later.

If the smoke is white as you mention and it clears quickly +/- 15 seconds, it is normal. If the smoke continues for several minutes it could be a sign that your AOS (air oil separator) is starting to fail. If the later is the case its eventual failure will produce HUGE amounts of smoke and should be attended to.
My Boxster @ 35K mi on its original AOS will occasionally produce a small amount of smoke at start up. It seems to happen most frequently when I happened to drive the car for short distances previously like repositioning the car in the garage. The smoke is attributed to the flat / horizontal layout of the engine, allowing trace amounts of oil to reach the combustion chamber prior to start up which then is burned off at start up.

White smoke early morning
Coolant leaking into the engine can cause (white?) smoke too.

I get white smoke when I leave for work @ 6:35 in the morning. Usually only see smoke when it's a bit colder outside though. I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Ok, so I shouldn't be worried cause the smoke does not last. I guess Its because i left it parked for a long time, i am making a habbit of driving it to work this week. Had no white smoke starting it this morning. Tx

I would not worry if it stops. My 2002 Boxster S has 46,000 miles on her and will do that if I do not take it out once in awhile and take it for a blast on the highway. I only drive it on weekends. As long as it goes away quickly it should be fine. Like Aron said...The smoke is attributed to the flat / horizontal layout of the engine,

Same here, but why doesn't the 911 do it after sitting for months?

As Alphaboy1 stated it is common on flat 6 motors due to the design especially if the car sits for a few days. You don't need to spend any money over this until you see a lot of smoke indication AOS failure and even then it won't destroy your car unless you continue to drive it that way.
