Cost to Replace Fender

Anyone know the MSRP, or have a way to look it up, for the right front fender on a '99 Box? 996-503-032-04-GRV-M100 Pelican lists it for $529.50, but I want to know what the full retail cost is.

And, anyone know how much it would cost for a shop to replace the fender? Buy it, paint it, and labor to install it.

I had a kid crash into my car on his bike today. I'm trying to determine how much the damage costs. There are a few light scratches, which may come out with some buffing. There's a very small area where the paint is chipped down to the metal, which I'm sure I could just fill with touch-up paint. However, there's a small dent right in the crease along the wheelwell that more than likely can't just be "popped" out. So I'm guessing the fender would have to be replaced.

Have you thought about paintless dent repair
I had a baseball sized dent in the front fender of my 911 and had it repaired this way cost was only $100 and you should not tell it had been damaged.

I didn't think that would work where there's a bend it the metal? Such as, the crease about an inch away from the edge of the wheelwell?
