check for possible short in the wires. hot lead may have rubbed through somewhere, secondly disconnect the pump from the harness and try a secondary source to see if the pump works, if not, replace. I have some spares for sale.

Thanks Harry, Tried another source no good I suppose. Anyway to rebuild old pump? If not, how much for used one? Thanks

you could always just flash the DME with ROW and get rid of that whole system all together...
