Window not dropping with top
 

I have a new issue... when I unlatch the top, the windows no longer drop however if I manually lower them, they go up when I re-latch the top. Here is what I have done so far:

2001 Boxster S with 15,000 miles

Disconnected the battery, waited 10-15 min and reconnected it. No changed.

Bought (from Pelican) a new micro switch that goes between the sun visors. After replacing the micro switch I get the same result. Windows don't drop when unlatched however they do go up when latched.

If I depress the window switches, the windows will go full up or full down properly.

I am open to suggestions or ideas.
