Engine Missing RPM

I have a 987 Boxster with 80k miles on the clock and when I roll up to a halt letting the engine brake (no matter what gear) when the car hits 1100 rpm it jumps down to 1000rpm - missing 100rpm. Physically you feel a minor jolt

Any ideas what would cause this? Air leak? MAF? seems strange to occur at the exact same rpm every time

What transmission?

Manual 5 speed - no error codes as well (at least according to durametrics)

Try cleaning your throttlebody real well and then readapting it.
