1997 Boxster Tiptronic question

Hi all,
I have recently purchased a 1997 Tiptronic Boxster, I purchased knowing it needed a serious amount of work. The car has sat for the past 5 years due to the tranny leaking. The body, interior and engine are in great shape. The repair center that had worked on the car should work on any other type of vehicle but a Porsche.
The cause of the leak was the front seal (It had been replaced and epoxied in place!!!), the coolant valve was stuck shut and rusted, as well as the line leaking.
I replaced the seal, valve and hose, trans filter. I drained the torque converter and replaced the fluid. I believe the wrong fluid was used by the above mention repair center. The fluid was bright red as opposed to the Petrosin atf 1 that is a shade of tan.
After doing all this the fluid is turning a pinkish color and I am wondering how to get all the fluid changed to eliminate contamination.
Any advice would be appreciated. ( It now runs, shifts and most importantly does not leak.

Thanks, JT
