Memory Seat mind of its own

2002 S , seems to try to want to self adjust the lumbar support. But the motor runs when the seat is lowered and moved back. Or it runs when I corner or wiggle in the seat.
Is there a way to remove the back of the seat?
Side controls work, lumbar slow to inflate but it does so i think its a short or problem with the bladders for the lumbar.

its not the preset memory, but raising the seat and moving it slightly forward seems to stop it.
