Springs and Sways

Does anybody have a breakdown of the different spring and swaybar options and the different sizes/weights?

Both.

I know there are standard springs, M030, ROW M030, S, S M030? So what are the differences in all these options? Plus what is available in the aftermarket? The PET lists different springs, but not the details about them. They also list several different sway bars, but only two different sizes are listed. There is also multiple different listings for shocks, but no details on the differences.

I called H&R and they won't release any information/specs about their springs. I can't believe that these cars are pushing 15 years old and nobody has done a survey about spring options.
