Broken plug tube

It happened to me. Changing plugs and coils on 02 Boxster S. Last spark plug tube. It was leaking pretty bad. The tube was cracked. I used a 1/2Ē piece of pvc pipe to get all the tubes out with no problem. I knew the last tube was cracked but figured it would come out like the others. WRONG! I heard a snap and the tube came out but was missing a piece. It fell down inside. I have an inspection camera that I picked up at Harbor Freight tools. I snaked it down inside and I can see the piece right at the bottom. Problem is that I canít get it out. I have a little grabber tool but itís too big to get down to the bottom past the cam. I tried some wire with tape. Because of the oil it wonít stick. I tried all kinds of different tape. I am at a loss. For 5hose of you who chose to leave the plastic in, what has happened since? Thanks.
