more misfires

am running a 97 , 2.5, recently changed out the starter, might have disturbed the throttle pos sensor, changed aos, cant find a vacum leak.just did the fuel pump, sender and relay, car is running rough ,pops, backfires, on start up , should i run it a bit to let the computer relearn as the battery was out? codes are multiple misfire. any sugestions on where to go next, the shop?

There has got to be a vac leak.
