Headlight adjustment screws broken!

Don't ask how but the adjustment screws for both up/down and L/R turn and don't do anything. On the driver side.
I have removed the rear power source for the HIDs and the inner light lens is floppy.

I do not see how I can take the assembly apart to examine it.

Is it fixable?
Or am I screwed?????

Thanks

I think these are sealed by federal mandate. You might have to cut them open and then repair them and then glue them back together. I haven't done anything like this - if you do it, then take pictures!

Some folks have pried there lens off the assembly so I gave it a try.

They recommended putting it in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

I tried it but first I took off all rubber seal and bulbs. Anything that can screw out I did including the auto level mechanism.
Preheat oven at 200, cook for 30 minutes.
Have gloves and thick plastic pry bars ready, metal will scratch the silver part of the lens.
Took lots of muscle, 4 hands would be better. After 15 minutes I was able to get the lens off and then had access to the inside. A real PITA and not for the faint of heart.
Unfortunately my adjustment mechanisms were striped.
I ended up ordering a new assembly OEM, xenon/litronic, online.

So I have all parts from a driver assembly xenon. If you all need any parts let me know.
