Side window question
 

My passenger side window is not dropping down when the door is opened. I think I hear it trying to, but it doesn't drop. It can be pushed down easily out of the top to open the door once the door handle is pulled. The window goes up and down normally and quickly with the switches.

So I know I will have to get into the door, but what am I looking at/for? Looked in the 101 book and that mechanism is pretty complicated.
