boxster rear suspension
hi there I just bought a boxster and just do not like the feel of the rear when it goes over street cracks. it fells harsh as if the shocks were too short or so. is this the way these cars are or do I need to replace the rear shocks on this thing?

Heman, try harder to let us help you.
How many miles? What road surfaces/speed produce the problem? Have you done the corner bounce test? Have you found a competent Porsche Indie for a second opinion? Why do you think shock absorbers and not worn bushings or non-standard low-profile /old tires ?Or even tire pressures?

whenever the car goes over road cracks on city driving speeds...20 miles per hour or so the rear feels as if the shocks were not dampening much compared to the front end which feels like a normal car. I have a 911 and when traveling through these streets that onr feels less harsher than my boxster.
