hello! nice manual!! i have two questions regarding this: first, i have a 996 of 1999, is it the same way to go as you show in your great manual? secondly, in the figure 8 the poor mans version you write "and then connect the green ground wire to pin 4 of both switches". hmm, i cant see anywhere a green wire in your pictures. do you mean the wire seen in figure 5 in picture A, the one with the "ring"?

Yes the instructions for the Boxster should be the same as for the 996. If were talking about ground wires that all you need to do is tie a wire from that came to a metal plate on the chassis, similar to what you see in the lower right-hand corner of figure 3. Hope this helps.
