Adjusting the locking height on trunk/front lid

First, im Swedish so there could be som bad Spelling ;)

When im locking the lids they are a bit to low and i have to use a fair amount of force to Close them.
My question is if i could adjust the locking height without removing the spoilers.

How about 2 thin washers behind the latch plate?

I thought of the same thing and o found some thinner teflon pieces that did the trick.

Wow, trying this one tonight. My front hood is a complete pain in the neck to close, always feel like I am going to make a dent in the hood when pushing down. Where did you put the spacers again? Thanks.

I just removed the Black thing on the Hood, i cut the teflon to the same size as the Black thing.
:)
