Pressure holds in coolant system

My 2008 Boxster RS60 seems to hold pressure at the coolant cap for weeks at a time. As an example, I haven't driven the boxster in 3 days. I just went out to the garage, and opened the coolant filler (blue cap). And, when I did, it released pressure. A small amount of coolant came out..

Is this normal?

Coolant level is full and doesn't seem to change level. I changed the oil in Dec, and did not notice anything in the oil.

Thanks,
Rob
