i have rebuilt my 2003 boxter engine because of an ims shaft failure.. i can get to start but engine does not run long the three cyls on driver side quit doing there job... has any one had this problem? possible variocam or cam sensor? i have pulled engine and rechecked cam timing...

Check compression in one of the cylinders that are working and the three that are not. Also verify you have spark, injector pulse for those three cylinders.
