Cayman S Cam Timing Tools?

I'm about to drop the motor from my '06 Cayman S which has a distinct top end noise that I am pretty sure is a collapsed lifter. (ticking at half engine speed at idle, goes away with higher revs). Any advice on where cam timing tools might be available? All of the ones listed on eBay or just doing a Google search seem to be for up to MY 2002. If Wiki is to be believed, my early Cayman S shares heads with 997 S, but I can't find anything for that motor either.

If you are capable of doing your own work on the engine then you are probably capable of building your own tools. The info is there, a few pieces of aluminum, a drill press and some bolts
